In January 2024, the web upgrade was automatically delivered to all customers, including a new and intuitive program interface for operation via tablet, smartphone or PC. But don't worry: nothing will change for the time being! You have complete freedom of choice. To make ASA HOTEL even easier and more intuitive, the entire interface has been redesigned, but remains the same at its heart. This allows any user to work with any device from anywhere and with any internet browser.
In-House or Native Cloud
Either ASA HOTEL remains locally installed as before or can now alternatively be used as a native cloud application hosted in a data center in the EU.
New dashboards
All data at a glance. Whether for the reception or the management - with the new dashboards you will find all information at a glance immediately when you first start using the software. This makes everyday work even more structured and hotel management even more numbers-based.
The room plan
The heart of ASA HOTEL also appears in a new design. It is designed to be even easier to understand and clearer, and is equipped with many new features. For a better overview of arrivals, departures, tasks and the possibility to operate the room plan mobile on smartphone or tablet.
